The product
Spanlist provides on-device takeoff and layout figures. It is not professional engineering, building surveying, architectural, or legal advice. It is not a permit and not a certificate of compliance with the NCC, IRC, or AS/NZS.
Your job
You are responsible for checking current codes, manufacturer span tables, engineer drawings, and site conditions before you order or cut. Stairs and reinforcement pages carry a stronger warning for a reason.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Australian Consumer Law allows, the operator of spanlist.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of these tools, including wasted materials, failed inspections, or delay. Consumer guarantees you cannot contract out of still apply.

COLORBOND® is a trademark of BlueScope Steel Limited. Gyprock® is a trademark of CSR Building Products Limited. Both appear only as descriptive references. No logos of Bunnings, Hyne, Dindas, CSR, or BlueScope are used.
